yesterday morning (mothers day) we talked to kirts mom. she told us that mia was pushing. how exciting we figured that the pups would be there later in the day or today and sure enough. we got another call after 10 last night that 6 puppies were born. there were three females and two males. we found out this morning that there were two more puppies!!! WOO! i am so excited and looking forward to spending time with them this june when we're up there and boy oh boy we get to bring one home in july! what a wonderful way to end mothers day. :) especially for miss mia. she became a mother on mothers day. :) it wont be every year but still exciting! my moms birthday was also yesterday so every few years hers and the puppies birthday will fall exactly on mothers day just like evan's will fall on thanksgiving. this year his birthday will be exactly on thanksgiving. :)
anyways. thought i would blog to just post that and a picture of some of the puppies. :) i am not sure what pups they are i just know that it's some of them and boy i am one excited mommy. i hope that i get to see more puppy pictures before we go up in june.
