Breakfast: Cap Crunch 320 Cal's with Milk

Lunch: Free Mc Double 390 Cal's

Dinner: Chic Marsala 1 Cup 330 Cal's
Green Beans 1 Cup 40 Cal's
Milk 260 Cal's

total: 1340. UNDER 1500! no workouts though. :(
