so i am a few days late but i wanted to post my calorie counts and what i did for Jan 8th...
I had skipped breakfast...
I had for lunch:
Mac N Cheese 2 Cups, 400 Cal's a serving so 800Cal's
Peas with that macaroni, 60 Cal's per 1/2 cup
Can Peaches 100 Cal's per 1/2 cup i had about 1 1/2 cups (about 300 cals)
I had a fattening snack. I ate a Jr Sausage Burrito from Sonic 288Cal's
and for dinner i had 2 servings of pasta salad which totaled to be 520Cal's
OMG i had almost 2000 (1968) Calories! i am trying to stay under 1500. :( i defently failed that day.
i did manage to burn off at least 227lbs which was nice. :) i worked out for about a half hour.
