i think today went much better other then not excercising.
breakfast: (330 calories)
bowl of cheerios with some 2% milk
lunch: (670 calories, YIKES!)
6piece nugget happy meal (BAD MISTAKE) with fries and a hi-c orange
dinner: (250 calories)
can of cream of mushroom soup
in between: (130 calories)
1 cup of sunkist
Total for today:
1380 calories! Ick! tomorrow has to be better!
considering i skipped on working out (too sore from yesterday plus i had a busy day) i think i'm getting the food thing under control?
