ok so day one of losing weight went well other then i was depressed because all i wanted to do was eat. i have no idea how many calories i ate but i had 1 enchilada for lunch and i had a serving of mac n cheese, green beans, chilli, and a hotdog for dinner. probably splurged but oh well. i also worked out for about 15 minutes till i couldnt take it anymore.
