Monthly In My Mailbox ~ April

Ok so I think waiting until the end of the month has been a good thing. Course I normally don't get this much stuff in my mail. ;-) 


The first five books in this Picture i won from Laurie @ Laurie's Thoughts Reviews Spring Cleaning Hop. Wicked As they come and The Near Witch I bought off Amazon, Maggie Shayne Twilight Prophecy & Fever I got from Sara Walker, My Spring book exchangee from Ruby's Reads & then Map of time i Won from Susan @ The Book Bag in her Spring Cleaning hop.

Bought 50 Shades of Grey Series With giftcards That I bought for myself *it was a promotion Amazon ran that was $5 for a 10$ giftcard* (and a partial of one that i got from a friend). Was SO excited for this series to finally come out in paperback! I've been waiting for it to come out so I could add them to my shelf! I also purchased "Masque of the Red Death" for myself with the other half of the giftcard my friend gave me and then I won a giftcard From Katie Tuccelli @ Blook Girl  that i used for the purchase of Cross My Heart & Inevitable.

I won "Starters" From Popcorn Reads "Kick Butt Giveaway Hop" So Excited!!!! I've been wanting to read it and it's been on my wishlist for a while! :) 

Virna DePaul Swag From Megan @ Riverina Romantics And "In The Highlander's Bed" From Marie Higgins

I bought these from my local Thrift store. it wasnt their half off day that i usually go too but still for less then $20 i got all of these, i am pretty excited. ;-) The vampire kisses is the first three books in the series. :) & Firespell is in really great shape. ;-) if i would have waited till the half off day i would have been able to get firespell for .50 and the rest for half the price of what is on there. :) I wanna buy the other two gray books that go with those.

I also won a Kindle Touch on a giveaway birthday hop. My husband is excited cuz he was able to replace his nook that wont hold a charge and i was excited cuz i've never won anything that big before. :) i was thrilled to give him a new reader to read on. :) (Plus i bought him a nice new case to go with it. :) )

And i can't forget the awesome swag i got from the authors themselves. :) 

I bought these from the thrift store today. The top book of course is for my son. And yes those are harry potter books, no they dont have dust jackets. honestly i could care less about those. i just wanna collect the books for us to read down the road. i think it would be something maybe Evan would be interested in when he's older or they'd just be cool to have around. i still need 1, 5, 6, & 7 though. but i can find them in pieces. i don't mind.

I bought these two. I just had to add them to my shelf. ;-) 

And this one I won a book of choice off a list from Heather @ BookStacksOnDeck and this one was the one that i chose. :) 

Busy month this month!!! :) I don't have near as much planned for May. I do have a couple books I have on pre order for May but that is about it other then a couple I am borrowing from the library. 


I also won but havent received yet: Illuminate by Aimee Agresti, The Demon Trapper's Daughter by Jana Oliver, and Vampire Academy by Richelle Mead From Nori's Closet in her Showers of books Stop & Gladys Quintal books From Sassy Booklovers. 


I also got some bookmarks from G.P. Ching for her Soulkeepers series. :) 


and i dont have a picture of it but i picked up a like new paperback copy of Harry Potter book 5. it is not pictured. i think i've had a busy enough month. i am not expecting anything else till May though. :)
